What is included in the managed business website service?
The included managed service covers presentation website design and setup, a standard domain subject to availability or connection of your own domain, and the first year of hosting and routine maintenance. Premium domains and additional functionality are not automatically included; full terms are at website service details
What happens to my included website after the first year?
The published website offer provides continued hosting and routine maintenance at no additional charge when you keep ordering uniforms from Sofiaga. If you are not placing another uniform order, continued service starts from €50 per year depending on the website and services required; contact us to confirm your arrangement.
Can I transfer the website included with a uniform order?
The included website is a managed Sofiaga service and cannot be downloaded or moved to another provider; a domain you already own remains yours. Standalone Studio website services have separate ownership and transfer options, which should be confirmed for the service you purchase.
Can I use my existing domain or request website changes?
You can provide a domain you already own for the included website service. Additional pages, content changes or functionality can be discussed with Sofiaga and may involve an extra charge agreed beforehand.
When is a business website included with my order?
A managed business website is included with every Sofiaga order above €100; there is no 10-garment minimum for this benefit. An order of exactly €100 does not meet the above-€100 website threshold; service inclusions and conditions are at website service details
