What does Sofiaga sell?
Sofiaga supplies uniforms, embroidered workwear, hospitality textiles and branded business apparel, alongside digital embroidery designs and Studio services. Browse Uniforms, Essentials, Designs or Studio to choose the right type of product.
Do you supply uniforms for my industry?
Sofiaga works with restaurants, cafés, hotels, cleaning companies, trades, salons, retail teams and other service businesses. Tell us your team size, roles and preferred garments through Request a Quote
How do I request a uniform quotation?
Use Request a Quote or email info@sofiaga.com with the garment models, quantities, size breakdown, colours, logo, embroidery positions, destination and required date. Include any website requirements so the quotation can cover the whole order.
Can I order different sizes or garments for the same team?
Choose the available sizes and colours for each product or bundle, checking the quantities before checkout. For a mixed team order that you cannot configure online, send the garment and size breakdown to info@sofiaga.com for a quotation.
Is chest embroidery or logo digitisation included?
Inclusions depend on the product or offer: for example, Star X Limited lists an embroidered chest logo and logo digitisation as included. Check the exact product description or written quotation before ordering; do not assume extra embroidery positions are included.
Are bundle prices the same as individual garment prices?
A bundle has its own listed contents and price, so check its product page and your selected configuration before checkout. If the cart total differs from what you expected, contact info@sofiaga.com with the product link and a screenshot before paying.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact info@sofiaga.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check the order’s current stage; a change or cancellation is not confirmed until our team has agreed it.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we supply uniforms, personalised workwear and hospitality textiles for business and team orders, with quantity discounts on eligible products. For large orders or wholesale enquiries, email info@sofiaga.com or use our Request a Quote page. Include the products, quantities, personalisation requirements and your preferred delivery date.
Do you have active discount codes or promotions?
Yes. We currently offer automatic quantity discounts on eligible products in our Build Your Uniform collection: 20% off when purchasing 10 or more eligible items, 35% off for 20 or more, and 45% off for 30 or more. Eligible Essentials products receive 50% off when purchasing 10 or more. No discount code is needed for these offers. Eligibility and the final discount are confirmed at checkout.
