Does the 14-day timeframe include production and delivery?
Yes: Sofiaga’s timeframe is up to 14 days after artwork approval for fulfilment and delivery together. Courier transit is included in that timeframe, rather than added on afterwards.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, Sofiaga provides tracking information where available. If you cannot find it or need an update, email info@sofiaga.com with your order number.
Will personalised and non-personalised items arrive together?
Orders containing personalised and non-personalised products may be shipped together once the personalised items are complete, unless otherwise agreed. Contact info@sofiaga.com before ordering if you need to discuss a different arrangement.
What if my delivery address is incorrect?
Contact info@sofiaga.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address. Address changes depend on the order’s dispatch stage, so please wait for confirmation that the change can be made.
What should I do if my delivery is late or missing?
Check any tracking information provided, then contact info@sofiaga.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Production and courier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and our team can investigate your particular order.
How long does a personalised order take?
Personalised orders are fulfilled and delivered within up to 14 days after artwork approval. Review and approve your artwork promptly; for a particular event or required date, contact info@sofiaga.com before ordering.
How long will delivery take for 40 polos in different sizes?
The timeframe for personalised orders is up to 14 days after artwork approval, including fulfilment and delivery. Send the polo model, colour, size breakdown, logo, destination and required date to info@sofiaga.com so we can check availability and confirm your order details.
¿Cuánto tarda un pedido de 40 polos negros en distintas tallas?
El plazo para los pedidos personalizados es de hasta 14 días después de aprobar el diseño, e incluye la preparación y la entrega. Envíanos el modelo, el reparto de tallas, el logotipo, el destino y la fecha necesaria a info@sofiaga.com para comprobar la disponibilidad y confirmar los detalles.
Do you offer express shipping?
If you need an order by a specific date, contact info@sofiaga.com before ordering so we can confirm what is possible. Personalised fulfilment and delivery together take up to 14 days after artwork approval; do not assume an express option is available unless our team confirms it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. For the UK, Cyprus or another destination not listed, please contact info@sofiaga.com before ordering to check availability.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard tracked shipping is available for qualifying orders of €100 or more to our supported delivery destinations. Standard shipping for orders below €100 costs €10. Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout.
