Send your artwork, review the details and approve your logo.
How do I send my logo for embroidery?
Email your logo and order number or quotation reference to info@sofiaga.com, together with the requested embroidery position and any colour instructions. Our team will review the artwork with you before personalised production begins.
Will I approve my artwork before production?
Yes: personalised production begins after you have reviewed and approved your artwork. Check the logo, wording, colours, size and placement carefully, and raise any requested changes before approval.
Can you add embroidery on the back or another position?
For back, sleeve or other additional embroidery, send the garment model, logo, position and quantity to info@sofiaga.com so we can confirm suitability and a quotation. Extra positions are not automatically included in a chest-logo offer.
What should I do if my logo needs changes?
Email info@sofiaga.com with your order or quotation reference and a clear description of the changes. Please wait for the updated artwork to be reviewed and agreed before approving production.
