Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sofiaga, every order is prepared with care to ensure your business receives products that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. As many of our products are personalised specifically for each customer, delivery times vary depending on whether your order includes personalisation.

For personalised products, production begins only after your artwork has been reviewed and approved by you. This approval process helps ensure that every logo, embroidery or design is produced exactly as expected. Once your artwork has been approved, personalised orders are typically produced, prepared and dispatched within 3 to 14 business days.

For products that do not require personalisation, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days, subject to stock availability.

We currently deliver throughout the European Union. Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the destination country, courier services and local conditions. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised products, we may ship everything together once the personalised items have been completed, unless otherwise agreed.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. Sofiaga cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

While we always strive to meet our estimated production and delivery times, they are provided as estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, peak seasonal demand, supply chain disruptions or force majeure events.

If we anticipate any significant delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed.
