No. Place your order first, and we will contact you directly to request your logo and personalisation details.You do not need to delay your order simply because the correct logo file is hiding somewhere on an old computer.

A vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF is ideal, but a clear PNG or JPEG is also suitable.Send us what you have. We will review it and tell you whether anything else is required.

Yes. Once your logo has been digitised, we will send you the embroidery artwork for approval.You can check the design, colours, spelling, size and positioning before production begins.Nothing is produced until you approve it.

Yes. A business website is included with every Sofiaga uniform set.Your uniform helps your business look established when customers meet you. Your website helps it look established before they do.After your order, we will contact you to collect the information, images and details needed to create it.

Standard uniform orders are usually delivered within 5–14 working days after you approve the artwork.The exact timing depends on the size and complexity of the order, but standard orders will not exceed 14 working days. We will keep you informed throughout production and delivery.

Yes. Delivery is free across the European Union on all Sofiaga uniform sets.Free delivery does not apply to individual products. Delivery charges for individual garments are calculated separately.

Yes. You can choose different sizes for individual members of your team.Your employees do not need to be the same size to look like the same team.

Chest embroidery is included with every uniform set.Additional embroidery on the back, may be available for an additional charge. We will confirm the options and price before production.

Once your order is placed, we contact you directly for your logo and personalisation details. We then confirm the relevant sizes, colours and garment options before digitising your logo and preparing the embroidery artwork.The artwork is sent to you for approval. Only after you approve it do we begin production and arrange delivery.You place the order. We guide everything that follows.

Yes. You can request reasonable changes before approving the artwork.Once the artwork has been approved and production has begun, further changes may no longer be possible.

Yes. We retain your approved embroidery file so that future orders are faster, easier and visually consistent.Your next order should require less explanation, not more.
